Hear about the success story of Jefferson County Public Library's Gender and Sexuality Alliance Teen Advisory Board! GSA TAB hosts inclusive dances, keeps the button maker busy with pun-filled queer buttons, and advocates for teen mental health with a self-published zine. Learn about the recruitment process, program planning, and outreach strategies. Leave equipped with practical tips on how to start your own, handle pushback, and create a safe space for LGBTQIA+ teens in your community.

Recorded live during the PLA 2026 Virtual Conference, April 1–3, 2026.
