Description
This session will explore approaches for navigating sensitive and sometimes polarizing conversations about immigration within library spaces. Given the charged political climate surrounding immigration, library staff are often called upon to facilitate dialogue while maintaining a neutral, inclusive environment. This session will offer strategies for handling these moments thoughtfully.
