Target Audience
This webinar series is designed for directors, library-wide leadership, human resources staff and hiring managers, youth services department managers, branch managers, and senior and experienced youth services staff to help grow their management skills.
Learning Objectives
- Participants will learn the successful elements of long-term youth services staff mentorship.
- Participants will learn how to support the development of emerging youth service leaders.
- Participants will learn about common obstacles to successful mentoring relationships and how to steer them back on track if they go awry.
- Participants will receive tools and tips for staff succession planning.
